Role: ERP Support Systems Business Analyst

Location: Mountain View, California, United States (Hybrid)

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented ERP Support Systems Business Analyst to support and enhance multiple enterprise systems integrated with the broader ERP and business applications landscape. The candidate will play a key role in managing systems such as SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6 , and DocuSign , and will act as the bridge between business functions (Legal, Telecom, Project Management, Real Estate, Finance, Procurement) and technical teams. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite per week in Mountain View, CA .

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for ERP-adjacent systems: SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6 , and DocuSign .
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Telecom, Real Estate, and Project Management teams to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
• Manage and support integrations between these systems and core platforms such as SAP Finance , SAP CLM , Coupa , and Salesforce .
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades, issue resolution, and workflow optimizations.
• Support the legal case/matter management process through SimpleLegal , ensuring proper financial and compliance tracking.
• Lead configuration and data validation in Asignet for telecom expense management, ensuring accurate integration with SAP and CLM systems.
• Oversee usage of Ecosys for project portfolio management and ensure alignment with procurement data from Coupa.
• Facilitate effective use of Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling, especially for network construction initiatives.
• Administer DocuSign workflows and integration with Salesforce Contracts , ensuring a seamless contract lifecycle process.
• Drive documentation, training, testing, and user adoption for supported platforms.
• Maintain compliance with data integrity, security policies, and audit requirements across all systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting ERP or adjacent business systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: SimpleLegal, Asignet, Ecosys, P6 (Primavera), DocuSign .
• Understanding of ERP ecosystems and experience working with SAP Finance , Coupa , or Salesforce integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing system vendors, conducting UAT, and coordinating deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting legal, telecom, project management, or contract management platforms.
• Familiarity with network project scheduling and construction project lifecycles is a plus.
• Understanding of SOX controls and compliance-related workflows.
