ERP Project Manager (Part Time Consultant)Brighton Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Project Manager to join the IT project team.This role involves collaborating with both the Vendor and internal project management/executive teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business, finance, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar role. You should also have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

As well as proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems and other financial software.Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain.Work closely with all stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.Develop and monitor metrics to measure project plan progress.Identify and develop strategies to mitigate project risks and issues.Coordinate and manage resource scheduling.Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders.Ensure all project activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.Escalate concerns and surface feedback regarding the project.Coordinate support for teams during the transition period.Maintain and organize training materials library and conduct training sessions as needed.Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management, ideally with Dynamics Finance and Operations.Proven track record of successfully managing ERP implementation projects.Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Skills:Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.Proficiency in M365 ApplicationsProficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and ConfluenceKnowledge of change management principles and practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Dynamics Life Cycle ServicesPMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or other relevant project management certification.Experience in organizational transformation.Or refer someone
