ERP Project ManagerWe are seeking an ERP Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of a large-scale ERP implementation centered on Microsoft Dynamics. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex ERP workstreams across multiple implementation phases, with responsibility for schedules, dependencies, and execution outcomes.The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery leader with a strong track record of managing ERP implementations at a detailed level. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to ensure work is sequenced correctly, issues are resolved quickly, and deliverables are completed to a high standard.
Success in this role requires comfort operating in the details while maintaining sufficient enterprise context to anticipate downstream impacts and support phased rollout execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day delivery of ERP implementation phases, from detailed planning through go-live and stabilizationDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and task-level trackingDrive day-to-day execution across functional and technical ERP workstreams, including configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, training, data migration coordination, and cutoverWork directly with business and technical SMEs to clarify requirements, resolve open items, and drive timely decisionsRun day-to-day project cadence: standups, working sessions, issue resolution meetings, and status reviewsActively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation to program leadership when requiredEnsure deliverables are complete, accurate, and ready for downstream activitiesMaintain a consolidated view of milestones, critical path items, and downstream impacts across current and future phasesCoordinate sequencing and dependencies across multiple rollout phases and divisions to support a phased implementation approachHelp establish repeatable implementation standards, templates, and lessons learned to improve subsequent phasesSupport executive and steering committee updates with concise, fact-based reporting on progress, risks, and upcoming decisionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a hands-on ERP Project ManagerDemonstrated success managing complex ERP implementations or consolidations, with direct responsibility for execution and delivery managementStrong experience building and managing detailed project plans and driving task-level accountabilityProven ability to work effectively with:Systems integrators and vendorsInternal IT teamsBusiness stakeholdersComfortable operating in ambiguity and resolving issues through direct engagementExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft DynamicsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environmentsPrior involvement in phased or multi-division ERP rolloutsPMP or similar certification
