SAP PRA Data AnalystDuration: 6-12+ monthsLocation: Onsite – Bartlesville, OK or Houston, TXApex Systems is working with a large oil and gas client to find a consultant who will provide data analytics expertise by interpreting and transforming SAP-PRA (Production Revenue Accounting) data to assist Financial Services in reporting, analysis, decision making, and predictive modeling.ResponsibilitiesDevelop SQL code to retrieve large amounts of data from various databases (Teradata, Oracle, and Azure)Build data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and SpotfireAnalyze large amounts of SAP PRA data to generate effective solutions and make timely decisionsEffectively communicate with all levels of the organizationCollaborate with Finance and ITDesign and development of data integration solutions, data connections and interfacesTroubleshoot support tickets for operational issues related to data analytics and reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Admin/Mgmt, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, other related technical discipline, or foreign equivalent5+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry3+ years of experience working in SAP Production Revenue Accounting (PRA)Advanced to expert knowledge of SAP Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) terminology, data, and tablesIntermediate proficiency in Data Analytics ToolsComfortable querying and manipulating data using SQLKnowledge of visualization techniques, dashboard design, and decision support toolsData-driven mindset and a proven history of continuous self-developmentAnalytical/technical skills with a practical approach to problem solvingAbility to deliver with high quality projects, on time and according to expectationsRequired Skills: SAP PRABasic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: They MUST have PRA!!
