ERP Finance Consultant (Business Analyst) is responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end‑user solutions in system implementation. Business Analyst ensures business requirements are adequately met and provides a variety of leadership and advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end‑user training as required. Additionally, leads project planning, implementation, and requirements gathering efforts across projects to work through complex problems. Acts as liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during the initial phase of projects.

- Define functional and non‑functional business requirements, aligning them with business processes.
- Translate business requirements into logical and technical models, linking them to business processes.
- Document, validate, and manage business requirements, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and reuse.
- Interface with clients and internal technical teams to understand functional requirements.
- Lead client workshops, analyze business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
- Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
- Utilize workflow technology to automate business processes, ensuring the system reacts as defined by constraints.
- Test system behavior, including extensive testing of configurations to guarantee adherence to functional requirements.
- Document business requirements, system settings, and prepare comprehensive documentation.
- Educate and train key‑users and end‑users on the functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Support key‑users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine necessary patches and upgrades.
- Stay updated on technologies, including new releases and updates, to implement the latest advancements.

- Background in accounting and accounting processes is ideal.
