Strong SQL database skills, including experience with both PSQL and SQL Server environments. Worked with Sage 300, Sage 100, and Acumatica ERP systems. Ability to interpret and apply CMiC data load scripts. Strong with ETL.
Experience building offline, queryable historical databases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction or real estate industry. Familiarity with CMiC ERP. Background in accounting or finance operations
