Job TitleDaily responsibilities will include:Leading suppliers through the SAP Ariba and External Integration Hub onboarding process.Collaborating with the Supplier Enablement team and external suppliers to identify appropriate point of contacts for the SAP Ariba and EIH onboarding meetings and tasksCollaborating with the External Integration Hub (EIH) and SAP teamMaintaining constant communication with SuppliersBuilding Relationships with Supplier POCsScheduling and managing multiple supplier onboarding processes at a timeLeading Supplier Meetings and any informal engagementsFollowing up with suppliers as neededBuilding reports in ExcelLeveraging and analyze reports in ExcelWorking in an agile environmentProviding daily updates to Supplier Enablement Lead about progress and challengesMust have 2+ years experience with data reporting, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, large data set management, and SAP Software experience Come be a part of this historic work driving enterprise change!Desired skills:Proficient in JIRAExperience with SAP Ariba Business NetworkKnowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement ProcessesAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
