ERP Application Analyst - Supply ChainWe are seeking a full-time ERP Application Analyst - Supply Chain at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed requirements and collaborating with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs.Essential Functions:Identifies advanced test scenarios and tests customizations and configurationsConfigures, tests, implements and supports Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as well as other business applicationsGathers and documents detailed requirements for business needs and collaborates with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designsDemonstrates detailed understanding/execution of the software development lifecycleDemonstrates proficiency with troubleshooting and research tools (i.e.

myOracleSupport, e-TRM, Implementation Guides, etc.) to perform moderately complex troubleshootingPlans small/medium sized projects or tasksMakes substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives and participates in project definition activities including feature analysis and system tradeoffsProvides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problemsServes as a mentor to less experienced Application Analysts (Application Analyst 1)Understands business impacts of issues as they relate to IT owned solutionsSupports application maintenance activities including patching and versioning updatesParticipates in incident management and corrective actions and identifies interdependencies in programsCollaborates directly with co-located and remote team members and business clientsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field AND 2 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule)Demonstrated experience with Oracle Purchasing (including Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Quotations) and Item MasterDemonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutionsExperience testing custom applications and Oracle patchesExperience with PL/SQL(Programming Language/Structured Query Language)Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow, etc.)Experience with Oracle Demantra, Oracle AgilePLM, Kewill Flagship, Management Dynamics Trade Automation applicationsDemonstrated quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organizationDesired Qualifications:Experience with Discrete Manufacturing and MES, and Supply Chain (Order Management, Shipping, WMS), Advanced Planning (ASCP, DP, MRP), and CRM (Depot Repair, Install Base, Service Contracts)Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation toolsExperience operating within the Agile project management philosophy, specifically scrum methodologyExperience working with internationally distributed teams and customers to deliver global solutionsExperience with compliance and privacy topicsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problems and opportunitiesGarmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
