Senior ERP Analyst (Oracle Fusion Financials)

We're seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials while partnering closely with business users across Accounting, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Payroll functions. This role is ideal for a highly analytical problem solver who can translate business requirements into ERP solutions, configure workflows, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements across critical financial operations. The position serves as a subject matter expert supporting ERP applications, business processes, reporting, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Day to Day:
- Support Oracle Fusion Financials users across Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Payroll, W-2 processing, and related finance functions.
- Configure and maintain ERP workflows, business rules, templates, and application settings.
- Create and modify BI Publisher reports, formats, and document templates.
- Map XML tags into formatted financial templates and reports.
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues and provide day-to-day user support.
- Coordinate and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with third-party applications.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Serve as a liaison between Finance teams, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 or more years of hands-on experience supporting an ERP platform, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Finance process knowledge , including Accounts Payable, Chart of Accounts, financial reporting, and related business functions.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications.
- Experience configuring ERP applications, workflows, security, and business rules.
- Ability to gather requirements, evaluate business needs, and recommend solutions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional ERP modules and business users
