ERISA Compliance Manager

Providing comprehensive relationship management support, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager-Retirement Services will ensure high-quality delivery of 401(k) and retirement plan services while serving as an ERISA and 401(k) expert for Retirement Plan Advisors. Key responsibilities Serve as an internal ERISA and 401(k) expert, providing guidance on regulatory standards and assisting with compliance documentation Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to plan design, operations, and compliance Support the onboarding of new retirement plan clients and maintain accurate client records within Salesforce CRM Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2-5 years of experience working with retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, in a client-facing role Experience supporting advisors and clients in a retirement plan or financial services environment Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant designations related to 401(k) plan administration or ERISA compliance are a plus
