* Ericsson OEM knowledge
* Experienced with ATT - Ericsson Install and Deploy RAN HW and Cutover to TDD carrier.
* Able to work with tower crew and remote support to troubleshoot with Cloud RAN deployment team.
* Worked with 6610 Ericsson controller.
* Have performed site walks before.
* OSHA, CPR etc - Ericsson required certifications.
* Have own vehicle to get to the site and able to transport the equipment.
