Migration From Legacy Nortel Pbx System To Cisco Voip PlatformComplete tasks relating to migration from legacy Nortel PBX system to Cisco VoIP platform. Specific tasks include assessing the current state of the Nortel PBX system and mapping out analog and digital ports. Recommend the future state with the Cisco VoIP platform, implement the future state of the new system, test the future state in a non-production environment, support and maintain support issues and questions coming from the future state, and conduct knowledge transfer to County personnel regarding the future state.Required skills and abilities include working knowledge of Cisco VoIP/Telecom and Nortel PBX system, and the ability to design and/or configure the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology.Experience requirements include hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology and its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.) and experience in hospital or healthcare.
