Mission Veterinary Emergency & Specialty offers a 6- to 9-month ER Immerse training and mentorship program designed to prepare veterinarians for a career in emergency medicine. The curriculum focuses on core clinical competencies, client and team communication, professional skills, and work–life integration, with simulation-based and live-patient experiences.
