Baylor Scott & White Health – Temple is offering a six-month RN Fellowship Program in the Emergency Department. This night-shift cohort (7p-7a) starts in October 2026, designed to advance clinical nurses through PATHS for specialty growth.
The program blends classroom lessons, simulation, mentorship and professional development to strengthen assessment, care planning and teamwork while ensuring safe, high-quality care.
