ER Discharge Team Lead

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time ER Discharge Team Lead will manage staffing, scheduling, and training logistics while working remotely within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital location. Key responsibilities: Maintain and update the team staffing tool, ensuring accurate staffing information Coordinate onboarding activities and training for new team members Prepare and distribute productivity and performance reports to leadership and staff Required qualifications: Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or emergency department operations preferred Previous team lead or coordinator experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and scheduling/reporting tools Strong analytical skills and comfort with productivity and quality data
