Equity Management Consultant

To support the Certent Equity Management Professional Services team, the full-time remote Equity Management Consultant will manage complex equity data projects, perform data reconciliation, and drive process improvement through automation and documentation. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute complex equity data projects including M&A corporate actions and stock splits Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy Design and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in managing complex equity compensation projects or equity plan administration Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula development and data analysis Strong working knowledge of VBA for Excel automation Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms
