Axon is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity Compensation to oversee day-to-day administration of equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP). The ideal candidate is familiar with stock options, RSUs and PSUs and has experience with international considerations and tax implications.
The role reports to the Senior Director – Head of Financial Reporting & Equity and collaborates with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Audit.
