To support a growing team, the full-time remote Equity Compensation Consultant (FINRA Licensed) will serve as a primary point of contact for employee shareholders, delivering personalized education and financial wellness conversations on various equity compensation plans while fostering long-term relationships and enhancing participant engagement. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional service through inbound phone interactions and proactive follow-up with employee shareholders Educate participants on equity compensation plans and connect benefits to broader financial wellness goals Coordinate with internal partners to resolve participant inquiries and support equity-related transactions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and either Series 65 or Series 66 licenses required Minimum of one to two years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or related client-facing roles Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and participant-level tax implications Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 required or to be obtained within six to twelve months of hire
