A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Job ResponsibilitiesLead origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions end-to-end, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, At-the-Market (ATM) programs, equity private placements (EPPs) and convertible securities, from pitch through pricing, allocation, and aftermarket supportDevelop and implement transaction structures, pricing strategies, allocation approaches, and capital raising plans aligned with client objectivesAssess market conditions, valuation, and investor demand to determine optimal transaction timing and sizingDevelop investor marketing strategies, including roadshow plans, targeting frameworks, and engagement approachesTrack and analyze transaction performance, market windows, and competitor activity to refine origination strategiesResolve complex structuring, regulatory, and execution issues that arise during transaction lifecyclesEnsure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, and applicable cross-border regulatory requirements, and implement risk management practices across market, execution, and reputational dimensionsA successful candidate will have displayed the following functional skills:Expertise in originating, structuring, and executing equity and equity-linked transactions across sectors, including pricing analysis, book-building, allocation strategy, and aftermarket performance assessmentDemonstrated ability to advise corporate clients on capital structure, equity issuance alternatives, and market timingAdvanced knowledge of valuation techniques and their application to complex transaction structuresComprehensive understanding of investor dynamics across long-only, hedge fund, and retail channels, including equity-linked instruments such as convertible bonds, mandatory convertibles, and equity derivatives, as well as private equity investorsProven ability to manage transaction risk, including market, execution, and reputational considerationsThorough understanding of SEC rules, FINRA regulations, and global equity offering frameworksFurthermore, a successful candidate should have a track record of:Demonstrating leadershipCommunicating effectivelyIdentifying multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking as well as decision-making skillsOperating strategically to support a culture of continuous improvementMaking sound business decisions in a complex work environmentCollaborating with other business functions and divisions to advance business objectivesBeing flexible, decisive, and able to establish support from leadershipMonitoring industry trends and best practices and applying insights to advance the businessExhibiting and fostering optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideasInspiring innovation and valuing learning as a lifelong professional objectiveLeading by example, engaging inclusively and with intentAlways acting with integrityRequited Experience & Licensing3-5 years' experience in equity capital markets (ECM) origination and executionBachelor's degree requiredMBA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferredFINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Examination, Series 63 & 79The typical base pay range for this role is between $225K - $288K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
