Equity Advisory Director - Stock Plan Strategy & Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Equity Advisory Leader to manage a portfolio of complex client engagements in the US equity domain. You will advise executive stakeholders on equity plan administration, stock-based compensation, and compliance with US GAAP, while guiding a growing team of professionals.

You will mentor Senior Managers, drive quality and efficiency across engagements, and partner with clients to identify opportunity areas and scale the equity practice within FAAS.
