Equipment Procurement ManagerSpire Solutions is hiring an Equipment Procurement Manager to work onsite at our warehouse in Port Washington, WI! The Equipment Procurement Manager is responsible for profitably managing the day-to-day equipment operations. Our employees play a direct role in shaping solutions, driving efficiency, and delivering real value on every project.What You'll Do:Maintain financials and reporting and prepare annual budgetMaintain an organized and well-maintained warehouse and equipment operationCollaborate with applicable warehouse and project teams prior to purchasing, leasing or renting equipmentTrack equipment and tool usage to ensure regular scheduled maintenance is completed within regulations; recommend replacement, sale or repair as necessarySource and solidify reputable vendorsPursue opportunities to provide additional services to project teams in an effort to expand warehouse operationsSupport safety programs, including: assisting with implementation, ensuring all equipment and tools are in safe working condition, establishing positive safety behavior and adhering to safety protocolsComply with DOT regulations (i.e. trailer weight/load restrictions, equipment maintenance)Ensure equipment and tools are delivered timely to project sites in order to maximize productivity and in a cost-effective mannerMaintain current asset inventory to resolve inventory irregularities, usage inaccuracies and equipment usesOperate small equipment to load/unload trucks, and other tasks as neededEnsure invoices are accurate and timely, including correct coding to project sitesStay abreast of new construction materials, equipment and technologies; evaluate if new techniques improve cost or productivityManage staff, to include: mentoring, creating development goals, delegating tasks/responsibilities, recommending disciplinary action and recruiting of qualified talentWhat We're Looking For:Experience: 7+ years of construction-related experience is preferred, including management of quality assurance processes and leading change within a warehouseAn industry related bachelor's degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredForklift Certification and OSHA 30 or the willingness to obtain upon hireTechnology: Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookAbility to learn job-specific software (JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, warehouse software, etc.)Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with othersOrganized with a high attention to detailAbility to build relationshipsAnalyticalStrong independent judgementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive PayRewarding Bonus ProgramComprehensive Benefits Package with Tax-Advantaged HSA and FSA offeringsEmployer-Paid Short and Long Term Disability ProgramsEmployer-Paid Life InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off Provisions401K Retirement Savings Plan With Company MatchTuition ReimbursementFully Paid Parental LeaveVoluntary Products including Critical Illness Insurance and Accident InsuranceCorporate Wellness Program with Wellness Time Off and RewardsVisa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.The Company does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
