We are looking for an experienced Industrial Parts Painter to join the paint department at a local manufacturing facility.This position will be responsible for painting manufactured parts and equipment inside a paint booth using an air-assisted spray gun. We are looking for someone who has previous industrial or manufacturing paint experience and is comfortable working in the proper respiratory protection throughout the shift.

Job Duties
- Paint industrial parts and equipment using an air-assisted spray gun
- Work inside a designated paint booth
- Apply consistent, even coatings while maintaining quality standards
- Adjust spray patterns and equipment as needed for proper coverage
- Inspect painted parts for runs, missed areas, uneven coverage, or other imperfections
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of spray guns and paint equipment
- Follow proper paint mixing, application, and handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
- Assist with other paint department duties as needed
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or equipment painting experience is required
- Experience using an air-assisted spray gun is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working inside a paint booth
- Must be comfortable wearing a respirator and other required PPE
- Good attention to detail and ability to produce consistent paint finishes
- Able to work independently and keep up with production needs
- Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset
- This position works in an industrial manufacturing environment and involves exposure to paint, fumes, dust, and other materials commonly found in a paint department. Proper PPE and respiratory protection are required.
