Maintenance Equipment TechnicianOnsemi is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Technician in Gresham, OR. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at Onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment and perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools. Each day, you will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.Shift: B shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, e/o Saturday 7 PM- 7:06 AM.

An additional 15% night shift is included.ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include:Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root causes, and make reliability improvement recommendations.Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals.Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications.Perform scheduled tool qualifications.Vendor management and coordination.Opportunity to provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDHigh-level attention to detailMethodical approach to troubleshooting and project managementGood written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and directionAbility to independently learn systems and processes associated with the roleAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in constrained spaces and awkward positionsAbility to apply force and full exertionPreferred:Associate/technical degree or currently working towards a degree.2+ years of prior technician experienceCMP area equipment experienceMS Excel and Word skills are a plusAbout UsOnsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
