We're looking for experienced equipment financing professionals who know the Construction, Agriculture, Forestry and Specialty Vehicle World — the operators, the equipment, and how deals in this space actually get done.

Role Description
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the business equipment finance sector
- Expertise in Sales, Marketing or Operations
- Credit aptitude
- Skilled at being a collaborative ally and achievement-focused
- Value client-centricity, innovation and integrity
- Experience in aggressively growing market presence while managing risk
- Accountable and swiftly responsive
- Deliver on promises
- Understanding of key industries: technology, hospitality, construction, healthcare, franchise or commercial vehicles
