Position Summary: The Equipment Crew employees focus on responding to customer needs and requests for equipment. This position ensures the customer needs are met by delivering, responding, and setting up equipment per customer needs. Must be sure to follow regulations and be compliant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide equipment rentals to various oilfield and construction locations
- Function testing, troubleshooting and checking various types of equipment
- Fueling equipment on location and in the Titan yard
- Load and unload equipment and the load securement of equipment
- Ensure equipment is clean and professional per Titan's expectations
- Pull and back various size trailers
- Communicate via hand signals
- Your role in the PO policy process
- Report to supervisor any equipment deficiencies
- Drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
- Perform tasks in teams and as solo
- Present yourself and represent Titan in a professional manner
- Maintain appropriate work relationships
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Help out in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed
- Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor or lead
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to pull and back various size trailers
- Basic mechanical skills preferred
- Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with co workers, supervisors and customers
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required. Basic math skills required.
Job Experience: General Labor Experience
Computer Skills: Ability to utilize mobile device
Training: Company will provide necessary safety training. Assigned a mentor for no less than 1 mo.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Requirements: Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bending
- Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, heat/cold/wind/rain/snow
- Must pass pre-employment fit test
Travel Requirements: May be required out of town/state travel less than 10% time
Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority: $19 - $24
