Home of Hope seeks an Equine Volunteer to support horse care and equine-assisted activities that enrich the lives of homeless children and young mothers in our faith-based residential program. Volunteers will assist with daily grooming, stall cleaning, feeding support, tack care, and preparing arenas for sessions. Under staff supervision, you’ll help ensure safe interactions between participants and horses, model calm, respectful behavior, and report any animal or safety concerns.
This on-site, physically active role is ideal for compassionate individuals who love horses, enjoy outdoor work, and want to make a direct impact in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.
