Equine Operations Technician

Working full-time in a hybrid environment, the Equine Operations Technician will manage billing, underwriting, and claims processes while providing exceptional customer service to external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Communicate with policyholders to address questions and resolve issues while maintaining rapport Perform technical duties related to claims, billing, and underwriting, including new claim setup and data entry Assist with data reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel, while maintaining accurate file status throughout the claims lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Prior insurance and/or billing experience preferred Experience or knowledge in the equine industry preferred Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and a customer service-focused mindset
