Epoxy Machine Operator

Manufacturing PositionPrimary Duties:Operate and perform repairs / maintenance on all the electrical, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic components.Adjust fixtures, sensors, dispensers, punches, etc.Repair and rebuild pneumatic components.Repair and/or replace worn or broken component of fixtures, pick and place units, pallets, grippers and other machine assemblies.Lubricate all drive chains, sprockets, etc., with grease or oil.Change oil in gearboxes.Periodically check quality of production per quality plan. Record resulting measurement information in quality program system.Clear component part jams, in all feeder bowls, escapements and grippers.Maintain supply of material at all feed stations.Change epoxy pails as necessary.Keep machines, equipment, and work area clean and orderly for operational and work force safety benefits.Keep any production and/or quality related records.Employee is responsible for operational productivity, continuous improvement / suggestions and involvement.Employee is responsible for product, function, quality, and job safety.
