Key Requirements:
- Painting, flooring, construction, or similar hands-on experience required
- Epoxy flooring experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable using or learning grinders, sanders, and other flooring tools
- Must be comfortable with an as-needed/project-based schedule
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Shifts:
- Project-based schedule
- Individual projects may last roughly 2-3 days
- Hours and days will vary based on workload
Duration:
- As needed/project-based
- Potential to become more consistent or temp to hire based on performance and workload
