Northwell Health's Department of Neurology - Epilepsy Division, the nation's largest epileptologist program, is seeking full-time BC/BE Epilepsy Physicians to join their multidisciplinary team. This role offers opportunities across multiple locations in New York, including Manhattan, Nassau County, Staten Island, and Westchester. The position focuses on providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare and wellness services within a growing neurological department, with no general neurology expectations.

- Part of Northwell Health’s Department of Neurology - Epilepsy Division, the largest epileptologist program in the nation.
- Opportunities available at Lenox Hill Hospital (Manhattan), North Shore University Hospital (Manhasset), Staten Island University Hospital (Staten Island), and Northern Westchester Hospital (Westchester).
- The Epilepsy program includes two hospitals with Level 4 NAEC center accreditations (North Shore University Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital) and two hospitals with Level 3 NAEC center accreditations (South Shore University Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital).
- Interdisciplinary team includes specialty-trained epilepsy neurologists and epileptologists, neurosurgeons, nurses and nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and electroencephalogram (EEG) technicians.
- Utilizes advanced treatments for evaluating epilepsy, preventing seizures, and treating comorbidities.
- Connects with a large group of neurologists, academic, teaching, world-class grand rounds, conferences, and opportunities to discuss and share cases with experts in every subspecialty.
Compensation
- Competitive salaries with annual incentive compensation bonus
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.

Requirements
- MD Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or equivalent)
- Completion of Neurology Residency and Epilepsy Fellowship
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology and Epilepsy
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
