We are looking for 5+ years of experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Functional & Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both functional and technical aspects of P21, supporting end-to-end implementations, rollouts, integrations, and post–go-live support for distribution-focused clients.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P21 modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Finance
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to P21 capabilities
- Configure P21 modules and optimize business workflows
- Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support
