Epicor Prophet 21 Support Lead

Serving as the primary functional and operational support resource, the full-time Epicor Prophet 21 Support Lead will manage application support for Epicor P21 in a hybrid work environment, ensuring stability and effectiveness of business processes while collaborating with warehouse operations and global support teams. Key responsibilities Provide functional expertise and operational oversight for Epicor Prophet 21 application support Support and troubleshoot key distribution processes including order management, inventory control, and shipping Manage incidents and problem resolution activities, including root cause analysis and business impact assessment Required qualifications Hands-on experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 in a production environment Strong understanding of Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Order Fulfillment processes Proven ability to diagnose and resolve high-priority production issues Experience coordinating support activities across business users and offshore teams Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication abilities
