Leading a team of Application Analysts, the fully remote Lead Epic Willow InPatient Analyst will oversee day-to-day activities, prioritize work, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating with various teams to support system design, build, testing, and go-live activities. Key responsibilities: Leads and manages the work activities of Application Analysts, including prioritization and resource coordination Ensures timely completion of deliverables such as project plans, design documentation, and testing plans Communicates status updates and escalates issues to the Application Manager as needed Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Epic Willow InPatient Certification is required; Willow Amb and/or Inventory certification is preferred 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years in healthcare IT with 3 years of Epic build experience At least 1 year of leadership or mentorship experience Relevant Epic Module certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment
