Supporting the design and optimization of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications, the regular full-time Epic Willow Analyst will configure and maintain pharmacy workflows, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with clinical teams in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications and pharmacy workflows Analyze outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy operations to translate requirements into effective system solutions Provide end-user support and training to ensure successful adoption of new workflows and system enhancements Required Qualifications Current Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Informatics, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory applications within a healthcare environment Strong understanding of outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy operations Experience troubleshooting pharmacy application issues and integration workflows
