Leading all training activities for a large-scale Epic-to-Epic migration, the temporary Epic Training Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy to ensure clinicians and staff are prepared for a successful go-live in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall training strategy for the Epic-to-Epic deployment and enterprise go-live Develop a comprehensive training plan aligned with project milestones and operational readiness Evaluate and implement modern learning solutions, including adaptive learning platforms and digital tools Required Qualifications Extensive experience leading training for Epic implementations or major Epic deployments in Academic Medical Centers Expertise in adult learning, change management, and curriculum development Proficiency in using innovative learning technologies, including AI-driven knowledge management solutions Experience in designing role-based training curricula for various healthcare staff Strong background in training logistics and governance processes
