- 6-9 years of Epic Tapestry experience
- Advanced Epic Tapestry expertise
- Epic Tapestry Certification
- Experience supporting production Epic environments
- SQL querying and reporting experience
- Experience with Epic configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Strong customer support, communication, and workflow analysis skills
- Healthcare application support experience
- Epic MyChart integration experience
- Authorization and Capitation module experience
- Payment Enrollment module experience
- API cycle processing and batch setup
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL methodology
- Healthcare EDI experience
- HIPAA knowledge
- Payer/Provider application experience
- Web services experience
- Configure and customize Epic Tapestry modules.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve application issues.
- Monitor application performance and maintain system stability.
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation activities.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support system enhancements.
- Support ongoing optimization and maintenance activities.
