Supporting the design, build, testing, training, and deployment of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Systems Analyst - IP Orders will work remotely to optimize clinical workflows and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with operational leaders and end users. Key responsibilities: Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic builds that align with operational goals Support small projects and enhancements related to system implementations and upgrades Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in system/application analysis or related IT experience in a healthcare environment Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing Familiarity with ITIL, change control, and project methodologies such as waterfall and agile
