Providing expert-level support across multiple Epic modules, the remote Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery will oversee product lifecycles, mentor team members, and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders while supporting complex development efforts. Key responsibilities Conduct complex design work, including workflow assessments and proposing advanced Epic solutions Assist with project management tasks, leading smaller projects and development initiatives within Epic applications Provide mentorship to Analysts and Senior Analysts on project tasks and Epic configurations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery 5+ years of Epic experience with a deep understanding of Epic system configurations and workflows Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields or equivalent experience Epic certification in one or more relevant applications completed and maintained Strong project management skills, including progress reporting and risk management
