To ensure thorough testing of Epic applications and integrated healthcare systems, the full-time remote Epic Software Testing Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to support patient care and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate testing strategies for system changes, upgrades, and new implementations Manage defect tracking and ensure compliance with documentation standards Collaborate with application analysts, operational stakeholders, and testing teams to execute effective testing processes Required qualifications Experience coordinating testing efforts for enterprise systems Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing and defect management processes Experience working within healthcare environments preferred Knowledge of tracking platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps Relevant healthcare IT certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, CPHIMS) are preferred
