To enhance health information management, the full-time Epic Senior Analyst, HIM will focus on optimizing health information systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting data integrity in an onsite environment. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize health information systems to improve operational efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data integrity Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support health information initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Informatics, or a related field Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or equivalent Experience with Epic systems and health information processes Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
