Providing consultation and guidance to development and technical teams, the full-time Epic Security Analyst II will manage Epic security protocols, perform daily administration functions, and ensure optimal end-user access for supported applications in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain Epic security protocols while managing customer access requests and user profiles Develop and manage standard security configurations and oversee the implementation of process improvements Analyze audit findings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address security concerns Required qualifications Associates degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or Business Epic Certifications: Security 101 and Security 200 Preferred IT Security industry certification (e.g., Security+, A+, CCNA) Minimum of four years of information technology experience and three years in customer support Strong collaboration skills with credentialing and provider management functions
