Lead Epic Radiant application support and clinical application operations, providing technical leadership and resolving complex issues for clinical users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and provide advanced support for the Epic Radiant module, troubleshooting application issues and supporting clinical workflows.
  2. Supervise team members, manage application operations, and provide technical leadership with a high degree of autonomy.
  3. Collaborate with clinicians and technical teams on workflows, specifications, testing, maintenance, risk analysis, and application improvements.
