Working remotely on a contract basis, the Epic Professional Billing Analyst will support Community Connect organizations by configuring, optimizing, and implementing Epic Professional Billing and PB Claims applications while collaborating with operational, clinical, and revenue cycle teams. Key Responsibilities Support Epic Professional Billing (PB) and PB Claims applications across Community Connect sites Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions and functional specifications Partner with Revenue Cycle, IT, and operational stakeholders to support billing and claims processing initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare applications, revenue cycle systems, or Epic applications Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification required Strong experience supporting Epic PB and PB Claims Experience supporting physician billing, claims management, or revenue cycle workflows
