Supporting a part-time engagement, the Epic PB Analyst will assess current PB setups and workflows, evaluate readiness across key service lines, and help define billing best practices while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess current PB setup and workflows, and build a roadmap toward a full PB install Provide advanced guidance and support to internal teams and clients, improving system performance and user experience Document Epic EHR system configurations, workflows, and processes, ensuring accessibility for technical teams and end users Required qualifications Epic certification in relevant application(s) with a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends, if needed
