Seeking a skilled Epic MyChart Analyst, the remote contract position will manage the configuration and customization of the Epic MyChart code base to enhance the digital patient experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve patient engagement. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality to align with organizational goals and improve patient engagement Implement and manage customizations within the MyChart Code module, including UI/UX modifications and authentication workflows Translate friction points in the patient journey into system specifications and build/configuration requirements Required Qualifications: Epic MyChart certification 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic MyChart and other digital front door solutions Strong technical understanding of MyChart application functionality and customization capabilities Experience developing or supporting custom patient experience applications that leverage the Epic MyChart code base Demonstrated ability to translate user experience needs into functional system requirements
