Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality and workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
- Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support .
- Support MyChart features including patient access, proxy access, messaging, appointments, questionnaires, and eCheck-In .
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow specifications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Epic MyChart experience .
- Active Epic MyChart certification preferred/required.
- Strong experience with MyChart configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Epic workflows and integrations.
