Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst — Remote Contract (12+ Months)
Nyne Infotech is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify an experienced Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst for a long-term remote engagement. This role calls for a consultant with proven, hands-on Compass Rose Clinical Build expertise who can independently lead meetings, guide stakeholders, and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements-gathering, and design meetings with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on Epic Compass Rose, advising stakeholders on design decisions, capabilities, and best practices
- Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Compass Rose solutions supporting population health and care management programs
- Analyze workflows and translate business requirements into functional designs and sustainable Epic configurations
- Coordinate testing, upgrades, enhancements, and production releases
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, and data-quality issues, partnering with reporting, analytics, interface, and training teams
- Maintain application documentation, support end users, and provide ongoing system education
- Manage deliverables independently, communicate status and risks, and participate in the on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Compass Rose Clinical Build certification
- 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience, including hands-on Compass Rose build, configuration, implementation, and production support
- Experience developing Compass Rose programs for population health and care management workflows
- Proven ability to independently lead meetings and guide clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders through design decisions
- Skilled in workflow analysis, requirements gathering, system design/build/testing, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of EHR data, healthcare workflows, medical claims, and care management operations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Associate degree or higher in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field
Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months, with possible extension
