Epic Clarity Reporting AnalystThe Epic Clarity Reporting Analyst will be responsible for interpreting, transforming and automating data into reporting solutions across clinical applications. This individual will play a key role in transforming vast amounts of clinical and business data into meaningful datasets that provide key actionable insights. In addition to supporting the current reporting requests, Epic Clarity Reporting Analyst will partner with department leaders, Data Scientists, and other peer technologists to leverage predictive analytics and embedded decision support tools across the clinical practice to yield better patient outcomes.
Must live in or be relocated to one of the following states to be considered for 100% Remote work status: MO, IL, WI, OK, FL, UT, TX, NC, IA, IN, or MD.Duties include but are not limited to:Developing reports and dashboards that are timely, relevant, reliable and predictive in natureInterpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable reports to stakeholdersDeveloping data collection processes and other strategies optimizing efficiency and overall quality of reporting deliverablesIdentifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data setsAcquiring data from primary/secondary data sources and ensure consistency/accuracy of analytics ecosystems across multiple platformsRequired Experience:2 years’ experience with Epic Clarity, Relational Databases Report Writing, SQL QueriesExperience creating at least one Epic Clarity Data ModelAbility to write advanced SQL queries, develop complex reports and data visualization dashboards using PowerBI and/or similar tools.Preferred Experience:Automation of data analysis and creation of data pipelines using PythonKnowledge of Cloud (MS Azure Cloud Services or similar), Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and/or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Unit test own code and peer review code of other team membersExperience working as part of a team that leverages Agile best practices
