Responsibilities:
- Support Epic Willow Inpatient application build and maintenance
- Handle pharmacy-related incidents, service requests, and escalations
- Support pharmacy operations and workflow optimization
- Work with:
- Medication ordering
- Order sets
- Medication verification
- Dispensing workflows
- Inventory management
- Support:
- First Databank (FDB) loads
- eRx functionality/build
- Dispense Queue (Dispense Q)
- Order Sense
- Pyxis-related workflows/integrations
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, new build activities, ongoing production support
Must haves:
- Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
- 3+ years of Willow build/support experience
- Strong pharmacy workflow knowledge
- Experience with order sets
- Strong communication- not afraid to reach out when stuck or if not on track anymore
