Key responsibilities Maintains a thorough understanding of database structures and business intelligence tools to create analytical solutions Serves as the first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement initiatives Gathers customer requirements to translate business needs into actionable solutions Required qualifications Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospital Administration, or 4 years of data analytics experience EPIC official designation of Proficient required within the new hire probationary period 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL/Oracle) and/or Business Objects Internal employees must meet all mandatory competencies in their current position to qualify for promotion within IT
